Livingston HeightsAn elite boarding facility owned and managed by the Livingstons since 1998. Livingston Heights was founded in 1998 by Lee Andrew Livingston II. He worked very hard to build the main barn and the stalls inside of it, the arenas, and the fairgrounds. He married Candace (Candy) Haley Oswald in 2000 and for the next three years, together they worked on creating the top notch boarding facility.
Livingston Heights was going great, there were several boarders who had actually been on the USA Olympic Team at some point for riding and they were ringing in the dough. But in the next few months, Livingston Heights was in trouble. A man named Jack Curtis and his wife Fiona Curtis wanted to buy the stables. Of course the Livingstons said no. But Jack and Fiona offered $700,000 for the whole place.
Since turned down, Jack and Fiona started up there own facility, River Creek Stables. A lot of current boarders at Livingston Heights soon became ex-boarders. A lot of them moved to River Creek because it was less expensive or for other stupid reasons. The Livingstons were ticked off.
Candy started hiring stable hands and treated them like slaves, they were to work and do nothing else.
In 2005, Livingston Heights closed due to a a "mysterious" flooding incident in the main barn. A few horses drowned. It was a terrible mishap and the Livingstons decided to go to court. But they couldn't prove that Jack or Fiona had anything to do with it and lost the trial.
Now, in 2008, Livingston Heights is back and bigger than ever. River Creek closed due to the fact that everyone moved back to Livingston.
Jack and Fiona have a daughter and she boards at Livingston Heights. A spy? Or an innocent boarder? The Livingstons vote Spy. But is she?
