WSEA is a prestigious riding academy run by Salyra Gates, situated in the green lush area of the Hunter Valley, Australia. It's set on 50.5 acres of pasturised land with many trails and wide open spaces. Our facilities include an indoor and outdoor sand arena, 2 outdoor 70x40m jumping arenas and 25 acres of trails and cross country tracks. WSEA caters for riding levels from beginner to advanced, and provides safe lessons as well as hosting our own annual show.
We are proud to provide lesson horses for those who do not have their own, and are happy for people to bring their own horses for lessons.
WSEA, is not only a riding academy but caters as a sort of boarding school, for those extra-special riders, who may have olympic potential. With one of the best schools in NSW a mere 20km away
WSEA has a flawless record, no body has ever been seriously injured, and we have never had to ban anybody...we have rules from preventing those things from happening.
