Delta Phi Theta
Welcome to Adams University. It's a great place to go to college and learn what you need to know to get that dream job. But even though the professors are well qualified and the system and education are Ivy League, what keeps this college under the others is the fact that most students just don't care.
When in college, young adults are juggling jobs, school, and lives. And that's tough enough without having a huge Sorority and Fraternity here running things THEIR way. Delta Phi Theta. That's right. These students live in the best Houses, and they got there by their last name, money, being beautiful or handsome, or by kissing major booty. The Sorority and Fraternity each have 3 House Leaders, and they run things the way they want them to be run. Other students might try to dethrone them, but it won't work. It never works.
People at such a volatile age shouldn't be shoved into houses together and be at such close quarters. Drama can't help but ensue. Whoever decided that these things were good ideas in the first place? Who knows? The students here certainly don't. But that's what you get when your distracted by beautiful college girls and boys.
