The music is great, the fans are insane, the drama is plentiful, the sun is hot, and the bands are hotter. It's summer 2008 and all of the bands with Break A Sweat Records have hit the road for their annual summer tour! They're in a new city every night, with new fans to meet, greet, and amaze. But what happens on stage is only a small fraction of what the band and crew members do, and only a small part of the memories that a few lucky fans get to create in the process.
Maybe you want to be in the band, rocking out on stage every day and crashing back at the tour busses nightly. You'll have members of the fairer sex begging for a photo op, and probably a little more. You get to hit up the insane parties, award shows, and of course, recording sessions. Or maybe you shy away from the spotlight -- but only slightly. Maybe you're the guy who tunes guitars, or the gal who does the press releases. Maybe you take the pictures or maybe you do the makeup. Or, maybe you're of the band's biggests fans who will do anything for an up close and personal fake smile adorned picture with your favorite rocker.
Wherever you fit in, there's plenty of room for you! And when summer's over, after the insane after parties, the bands go back to their usual schedules; lots of song writing, recording, and maybe, finally, some time for real romance to bloom. But don't hold your breath.
