The day we met was like a hit and run
And I still taste it on my tongue

Life for the couple of Liz and Logan had been nothing but a roller coaster ride. They've had their highs and lows and currently they're somewhere in the middle. New news will bring them both higher, but at the same time, it will crush their relationship and test it once more. If Liz and Logan could last through all that they've conquered so far, they might be able to make it through this next let down. Who knows what will happen though. No one can predict the future. So, Liz will just have to break the amazing news and then, bring that to an all time low at the same moment. Yes, it was going to be completely and devastatingly sad to do so, but not to do so would be even worse an offense to Logan than doing so. If Liz had learned anything, which it seems like barely anything, it was that she could be completely open with Logan and only hope for the best. He had a right to know what she had done this time. The whole thing would most likely rip his heart into two though. Yet again Liz had been involved with Tyler. When would this madness ever end? Who knows, Liz just might have a complete breakdown before Logan might help her through these hard times. Hopefully he would understand, but most likely he would freak out. Why can't she ever just settle down and be happy with one person giving her the love and attention she needs? Isn't that enough? It definitely doesn't seem like it now does it?
I used to be love drunk, but now I'm hungover
I love you forever, forever is over
We used to kiss all night, now it's just a bar fight
So don't call me crying, say hello then goodbye
(Oh yeah!)
There's just one thing would make me say
(Oh yeah!)
I used to be love drunk, but now I'm hungover
I love you forever, but now it's over
(Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey)
Life had been nothing but turmoil in past months, but lately things had quieted down. No one caused any trouble and nothing was out of place. Time was spent together and never usually apart. Trail rides would consist of the couple talking and spending time with each other. Usually reminiscing on the old days and apologizing to each other. They had done so so many times before, but the couple could not resist the urge for feel sorry for the other. Lately though, they were always in agreement and life was good. They both were meant for each other and their love sky rocketed out of this universe. Love was such a funny thing and drove people to do even crazier things. Some of those things weren't very positive on others either...
Love...it all started with that one special trail ride. The trail ride where Logan and Liz met. They hadn't known each other at all, acquaintances quite realistically, but after that day and with many more to come, they found what love really was. After that trail ride, they talked, had a few dates and that started history, or so they thought. Now life wasn't that simple and it wasn't always going to be that simple. Another, mysterious guy came into the picture, that is, after Liz had saved him from almost certain death. In his mind, she didn't save him, only kept him from fate, but as she lived the months to come, she was just as happy with saving him. This mysterious macho man was named, Tyler and at times he really got Liz going.
Sparks ignited between them in the hospital and unfortunately went no further. It, quite honestly, wasn't meant to be between them, but Liz, for the longest time, wanted it to be just that easy. It wasn't going to be because, by that time, she had been dating Logan. It was complicated and had very ominous ending, but the happy ending prevailed eventually. She lived and so did Logan, their relationship renewed to what it had been. And now, life...well, life was perfect. Until......

Hot sweat and blurry eyes
We're spinning on a roller coaster ride
The world stuck in black and white
(Stuck in black and white)
You drove me crazy every time we touched
Now I'm so broken that I can't get up
Oh girl, you make me such a lush
A nice dinner was all the guy wanted to give Liz. All he wanted to do was just spend time with her. That's all he asked of her. His requests were simple and their relationship was pretty uncomplicated when Liz behaved. These moments were rare though. Taking advantage of her boyfriend, Liz found herself hanging out at the bar frequently and just looking for trouble. Why did she want trouble and adventure when she had it right in front of her? She had her love, yet she continued to leave him out of the loop. Time after time she did so, until that fateful day...
First, Liz had been hanging out at the bar. This was the day where everything started to get complicated. The decisions she would soon make complicated her life and made it a living hell. After getting a few drinks that night, she walked out into the chilly night air. It awoke her senses and soon she was on her way walking home. Everything around her was pitch black. The sky, her surroundings, the alleyways that she never dared venture into, they were all black. It took her eyes a few moments to adjust to the change in lighting, although it didn't take her too long, see as the club was mostly dark anyway.
As she walked the path back to her house, she could hear groans of pain and agony. At first, she ignored them, but soon they grew louder. She followed the sound, brows furrowed in suspicion. Quietly she followed it until it led her down one of the alleys. She would never dare go down any of them at this time of night, but it really did sound like someone was in agonizing pain. She contemplated the idea for a few moments before hesitantly going down the even darker alleyway. Buildings on her left and right shadowed above the concrete pavement. This created a cave sort of effect. Liz could barely see where she was going, let alone anyone else in the alley. Soon enough though she stumbled upon a stranger, just barely conscious.
Her eyes watched the man in horror and she instinctively found herself dialing 911. She didn't know what else to do or say. He was just laying there. She sighed and waited with him. She wasn't going to leave him her alone, not until the ambulance came. After what felt like hours, the ambulance finally came and they took the guy off. She had not caught his name and she didn't know how he was going to be. So she headed to the hospital just to make sure he was okay. After a little bit of talking, Liz left and ensured that she would come back later. She wanted to just make sure that Tyler would live. That's all she cared about for these few moments and quite frankly it was probably the best thing to do. What followed after that morning though, was not.
Walking out of the hospital with Tyler by her side, Liz almost fell, but Tyler caught her just as she was beginning to do so. Before she knew it and had time to react, she was being kissed. It was an odd thing, but to her, it seemed perfect. Yes, her mind was twisted and confused. She shouldn't have done it because it led to a tragic end. This was not the only thing that led to the tragic end. Along with this kiss came a few others with Tyler and one random guy at the bar. Yeah, that was a whole other story. Needless to say, this all happened when Liz and Logan were going out. So, Logan had to draw the boundaries. He had to stop Liz from doing this. It was pure madness and his heart could no longer take all the "false" love from Liz. So, he did the only thing he knew to do. Break up.
It was hard for Logan to do so and it was even harder for Liz to admit, for the billionth time, that she had kissed someone else. Dinner had been okay, but Logan had found out elsewhere that Liz had kissed Tyler once again. Not wanting it to be true, Logan brought the subject up, but his heart was broken as Liz nodded when he asked her the question. Tears soon were being shed and doors were being slammed. Liz whispered few words into his ear and then left quietly, besides the door slamming. It was the worst thing in her life to endure, especially since she had an undying love for Logan.
Then, she made the mistake of telling Tyler all this. What a wreck Tyler was. She not only made him depressed and drunk, but she also made Vivian hate her. Her life was slowly being washed down the drain with all of the hope for a happy life. Everyone around her started to not trust her and soon she felt more alone than she had ever. She had no boyfriend to depend on, she hurt her friends, and lord knows what else. To say the least, she was in a complicated situation.
And then there was that one time when...[/size][/blockquote]
The day was brisk as Liz was exercising Cherokee. Like any other day, they worked on some dressage flat work and a tad bit of jumping. Liz and Logan had just recently gotten to know each other and become "best of friends." Their relationship was almost ready to be taken to the next stage, dating. They had met at the barn, of course. After doing so, they planned a trail ride that same day. They seemed to have hit it off at first sight. Their relationship was simply meant to be like Tyler's and Vivian's was. Anyway, after riding for about an hour, Liz untacked and put Cherokee back out into the field. She soon found another barn member riding his "noble steed" in the ring. Boy did that horse really put a new definition to noble steed. He was anything but a trusty steed that a knight in shining armour might ride. Every moment Liz watched she became more horrified at the owner's possibilities of death coming closer and closer. He was risking everything with the horse, but if it all worked out well, the horse would truly be on hell of a horse to compete against. This was the present though and the horse wasn't even close to being performance ready. In fact, he was barely ridable to say the least.
Eventually Liz struck up some conversation with the horse's owner, Santiago. She eventually found out that the horse's name was Fire's Aftermath...hmmm, I wonder why? All was well as long as Santiago kept the horse in the ring. Yes, Liz had a large amount of experience in the training department, but not with such a crazy horse. This craze lead Fire to do unimaginable deeds. As Liz and Santiago continued to talk, he became restless and before either of them knew it, Liz was cornered and her life flashed before her eyes. Hooves flailed, fierce whinnying was emitted, and then blackness was all that Liz remembered from the day. The next thing she knew, she was in the hospital and had slept for days. Logan had been there the whole time and that's really the first time that she really started to love him. He didn't have to stay in the hospital with her the whole time, but he did anyway. No other guy she had met or dated ever took the time to comfort her and take care of her like they should have. They only let her drug and life problems get worse until they couldn't deal with it anymore and dumped her. She went through this cycle with quite a few boyfriends. Logan was the first one though to care for her and pay the most attention to her and she loved him for that and so many other things.
Throughout their relationship to come though, there were going to be many hardships and even break ups, but if they lasted through it, they would be the perfect couple to get married some day. That is if Logan and Liz both would be able to work through Liz cheating on him with Tyler. Eventually Logan had had enough and he broke up with Liz. This didn't last long though seeing that they couldn't stand life without each other. Once again, they were simply meant to be together and no amount of drama could keep them apart. Or could it...
Now, through all of this and more Logan was by Liz's side in some way or another. They were simply meant to be together. There was no doubt about it. The way things were looking now though, who knew if that actually would ever work out. The future was looking grim for Liz and Logan once again, but it was all due to Liz's own doings. She was the crazy child who always wanted to go out and hang in the club dancing with all the guys and having some fun. She wasn't nearly as bad as Vivian or Tyler, but she could certainly be compared to them on a fairly symmetric level.
Now, here she was in the loft after a nice relaxing ride. She had gone on a trail ride just a year after Liz and Logan's first one together. The memories playing through her head made her almost cry. She was a bit more innocent then and definitely a lot happier. It made her realize just how many mistakes she had made during her relationship with Logan. She lay on the couch quietly thinking about everything that her life had handed her. Once again she started to cry. She had made so many freaking mistakes it wasn't even funny. She wiped them away as they fell from her beautiful, hurting face. She only hoped that Logan would be happy for them no matter what.
OOC: like 85% of this is recycled. I only did it because I wanted to do a lot of past stuff and why retype something I've already typed in the thread with Tyler. Anyway, enjoy!
