Sum up physical description (2 paragraphs minimum); Jake is a country boy, you can almost always find him in jeans and a plain tee shirt. Many believe that his black stetson is fused to his head and he always wears cowboy boots. His style - if you could call it that - seems to do well for him in the ladies department, regardless. In the winter he wears his sheepskin lined jean jacket with the Martin Ranch Logo on the back. Even in the dead heat of summer very few souls have seen Jake in shorts, they just don't go well with his boots!
Jake has the rough 'n tumble look down pat, his skin is permanently tanned from years of working in the Texas heat and his hands are rough from labour. He couldn't give a damn about his hair because he shoves a hat over it anyway. The girls say his eyes are beautiful, they are a very deep, dark green but they go almost black when he's angry. His smile is suprisingly straight after having many, many teeth knocked out.

History (3 Paragraphs): Third child born to Dalton and Leanne Martin, owners of an already successful ranch in Texas was Jake Dalton Martin. Jake was the wild child of the family, having a responsible older brother, a motherly older sister and a darling little sister. He was always made to do the chores no one else wanted to do, made to start the wild colts, but one thing he did voluntarily was ride the wild steers for his brother and friends entertainment, he got good. Jake was 15 and determined to drop out of school to be a pro bull rider. Dad had other ideas and Jake was forced to finish school.
At 18 there was nothing any of the Martins could do to keep Jake from his passion and he left, along with his girlfriend to follow the rodeo circuit. Jake did exceptionally well his first year and won rookie of the year. He carried on but in his third year on circuit when he was 21, his relationship with his longtime girl Jessie was beginning to strain, she said he spent too much time on the road and not enough with her. Jake shrugged it off.
Until one day he came back to the trailer to find it empty, with a note, "I'm gone" was all it read. There was alot of broken glass, walls and other things after Jake was done with the trailer. But he never went after her, not even in off season, he just decided to rent a house in Virginia, the last stop on the circuit. He's been training a few horses to keep himself busy. Though I'm sure if he let them the little hoochies at the bar could do the same for him.

He is a wild child and a party animal he'll go all night. jake pain tolerance is abnormally high, one time he broke three ribs and didn't take any notice of it until Jessie told him they were going to the bar, but really took him to the doctor. He hates the doctor. Jake is a ladies man, he has needs just lie any other guy, but his seem to be elevated, especially when he's been drinking.
Jake is a well sought after man, the girls swoon over him and he knows it, but he gets rid of them before anything can get serious. He has a few kids floating around the country he's sure. Jake has a hard time expressing feelings. He only has one love and thats rodeo.
