Keep in mind that in general anyone under 20 is not likely to get a job as an instructor unless they are teaching the lower levels of riding and even that may not happen. Instructors need to be well experienced in handling horses, training, riding, and working with people. Application should be in FIRST PERSON as if it is the character actually applying for the job.
