This two bedroom, one bath trailer home isn't the nicest place to live, but it's sufficient for the people who don't need much to get by. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, but occasionally it can get a little rowdy on weekends. The police aren't horribly frequent, but they are called out on occasion.
