I didn't see anything about this in the rules, maybe I missed it, but I thought I'd check. I'm working on my application in a word document and I already picked a picture to go along with the description. I was wondering if I had to have my biography finished before I request a face claim, or if I could do it now just to be safe?

On the Face claims board, there is also a "reserve a celeb" code that you can use to place a reservation on that celebrity, so you can do that before your application is finished, and that will prevent anyone else from using it. Just specify that it is a reservation not a claim. Once your application is finished and accepted, then you can use the other code and make your claim.
