Alice stood there, leaning on her front door. Was he really for real? He seemed too wonderful. She blushed and smiled, but quickly the smile turned into a frown. My first day I fall for a guy? This is not realistic! Snap out of it, Alice! She closed her eyes, imagining those eyes...so wonderful.
'Alice? Is that you?' Micheal called from the top of of the stairs. She smiled at her big brother. He was still sort of protective around her.
'So what did you guys do today?' Her father said at the dinner table, eyeing the bandages on her hands and the pillow behind Alice's back.
'Oh, I went for a walk...' She was going to say this without lying.
'Began to run and tripped on the sidewalk.' Alice said, twirling the spaghetti on her plate and shoving it in her mouth, to prevent the ability to answer any more questions.
'Aright then...Micheal what about you?' Her father said moving the conversation toward Micheal's day.
After dinner she went to bed early, not because she was depressed, just because the move wore her out. Exhausted she laid on her bed. She had to get out more...maybe making new friends wasn't such a bad idea.
She sighed...Her parents were going to go to a interview at a dentistry and Micheal is no fun when he is bored. What am I suppose to do in this town?
She began thinking about earlier that day. Poor guy...I really do owe him... She giggled. She turned in her bed to look out her window. She grunted at her back pains. Why did her back hurt so much if he caught her? What if he really didn't and she was hallucinating. That must be why she was in so much pain then... right? What is wrong with him? Couldn't he have caught her? Didn't I step back so he didn't catch me? She laughed at her questions and began to fall asleep.
