MARINE SNIPER ROBERT DAMIEN O'MARA
They took all the photos for some sort of training video. I never saw why the did, seems rather pointless.
I've got to say I spent most of my time lying on my stomach.
Like the camoflage version of 'Where's Wally'. That's a very good friend, James Riford, of mine on duty. Not that we did a great deal for the majority of the time. Which was lucky.
You tend to get discharged with your weapon unless you had some miserable dishonerable discharge. Mine's somewhere in the basement home in Bristol.
Sleeping on the job, tut-tut, James.

ROBBIE O'MARA I think that was an old passport photograph, very old. I hated wearing a tie, still do.
My first old car. Well, my first car actually. Bought it fifth or sixth hand and it only worked for a year or so. Worth it though.
I can't remember when that was taken, probably by James though, he tended to take photographs anywhere he could.
I have a feeling I wasn't feeling great that day.
Definately taken by James. He was kicking me until I actually opened my eyes and sthen snapped a photograph. Friends...sure.
I'd only just got off a plane from Dallas to Dublin, can't blame a guy for not shaving on a plane.
That's me and my little sister Meredith at my older sister, Madison's, wedding. I know a lot of Ms in the family.
That was a Christmas party up at James' a couple of years ago, and I'm still in my pjs, because I'm lazy.
Hmmm...Next question?
Ride a horse and play basketball, multi-talented! Actually, I'm awful at basketball, truely awful.

ASHES TO ASHES
My trusted stead, Ashes to Ashes.
That was a football match that got a bit out of hand. I'm the one with my head turned away from the camera, sadly you can't see Ash.
Ash on his former commission. None of the horses were enjoying the fireworks the dirtbags kept throwing at us.
Ash was the sherrif's horse before he came to me. Looking incredibly smart with his winter coat there.
There wasn't much to do that day, as you can tell. My old partner, Alice Jenkin, was riding him because I told her Ash was more comfortable than her horse. Just some small rivalry.
That's Alice's horse, Firefox. It was the Mounted Police display and he was standing by the gate getting laughs.
Such hard work being a Mounted Police Officer
