They always say I look like She has red-brown hair with waves and curls that frame her thin and pale face. With rose-pink cheeks and light lips Alice's green and blue eyes stand out. Her eyelashes are naturally dark and long and her neck is so skinny that she is sometimes afraid that someone might be able to grab it with one hand.
Alice's hands are quit small with long fingers; perfect for fitting themselves on the keys of a piano. Her legs are so pale she never wear skirts, for fear they would stand out to look like ghost legs. Her feet are just the right size to fit in a six and a half size shoe.
She normally wears skinny jeans with small boots with a short sleeved, light color, shirt with a bow on the waist or a long sleeved sweater and scarf. She almost always wears her hair either in a ponytail with wisps of hair falling around her forehead or down with the sides pulled back.
Her thoughts of herself are very modest, but honestly she is beautiful. She looks delicate and thin, but she is absolutely, positively, beautiful. When guys stand in awe of her she thinks they are laughing for some reason. Every one that sees her feels happy to be able to stand with such a cheerful looking person. Even her lips are naturally curved upward to resemble a permanent smile. Alice Snow is wonderful pretty and there is no doubt about it.
This Is What Makes Me Stand Out I have a scar along the inside of my right hand and my hair waves always outward.
» Chances Taken, Hope Embraced;
I Adore Listening to the piano, making people happy, roses, rain and fall.
I Abhor Blood, plain, tears and my voice
I Rock at playing the piano and running
I Suck at swimming and math
I Do play 'air-piano' all the time and I run on my tip-toes.
I Want publish one of my pieces and learn how to ride.
I Fear blood, falling and black dogs.
I Shut up about never having a boyfriend or going dancing.
I am very quite at times, but always loves to listen. She likes to learn about people and who they are. She enjoys making people feel good about themselves. She loves to use her talents to make people happy.
She has a hard time doing things 'rowdy'. She seems to always want to do the right thing. I guess you can say she's a 'push- over'. No-one can be perfect, but sometimes she tries too much.
Conversation with her sometimes can be kind of confusing. She doesn't understand why, but speaking to people makes them feel lost... but maybe someday some one will tell her why.
She goes along her days cheerful and always trying to be diligent, but sometime she just has to think about three things at once. either music or conversations, embarrassing moments or maybe someone she just met, ideas or memories...she always is thinking about something. That is just how she is!
She loves music and she talks about music all the time. It is a part of her, there fore a part of her personality. Playing makes her feel so happy. It echoes her emotions. Who ever she meets or what ever she finds, she compares to music.
» I Know I Won't Be Home At All;
I Came From Jessica and and John Snow. Her father works as a dentist and her mother stays at home. Jon is forty-nine and Jessica is forty-five. Her mom and dad love each other A LOT. You should meet them.
I Share My Dna With one brother, Micheal. Micheal lives with his mom and dad and is trying to find a job. He is always VERY protective over Alice ( being her big brother and all, for he is, indeed, 21 years old) and never likes her to leave his sight often.
I Come From Greenfield, Indiana
But I Live Here Now Pinewoods, West Virginia
This Is Who I was. She lived in Indiana. In a city called Greenfield. It was a nice small, old city with many old buildings. She went to a church that was on Washington St. (or if you live in greenfield, Old Historic National Road). There was a soda fountain, small shops, bread shop with fabulous soup, antique stores and theaters. Of course there was also the Riley's Day parade that she always had the pleasure of marching in with her youth group. Everything you needed to keep yourself entertained.
Her father worked at a dentist school just four blocks from her house. She would help her mother cook dinner every Thursday and Saturday. Dad would come home always in his scrubs... he always came bringing a smile and open arms, beckoning either his wife or daughter to give him a hug.
She also had her piano, given to her by Aunt Susan. She played it all the time! Her hands going up and down; each note echoing the last. She wrote all her music. She had taken lessons since she was fourteen, yet Alice had the ability to write pieces. Music was a part of her life. It was always her favorite subject in conversation and school.
She had many friends, but her more favorite ones were the ones with the names, Jessica Freely and Jacob Thomas. They came to her house often, usually to play a board game or to watch a movie. They were her best pals and she thought they would stay with her for life... she was wrong....
About one month ago, on August 3, 2008, Jessica died in a car accident. A car ran a red stoplight on Broadway and Washington street. She lost almost half of her life that day. She went to her funeral... survived three weeks and received more bad news that her grandfather died and her family had to move to west Virginia to live with and comfort her recently widowed grandmother...
Now Precious Jacob was lost too...
This Is Who I am. Graduated from high school and having no friends, here she stood in her new home...a small blue house in the heart of West Virginia. Pinewood... it was beautiful and clean, lots of stables and the most popular, Pinewood Stables...she liked it here. The only issue is she had no piano...she felt as if everything that made up her heart is gone... Jacob Thomas, Jessica Freely and music. What else?
Now she must move on and make a home here... here in Pinewood.

Alice walked done the driveway, wearing her sweater and scarf, trying to blink back the tears. Here she was in the middle of West Virginia, no friends, no music, no grandfather, no school, no familiarity... She felt alone. She would call Jacob, but the phone did not work, due to a bad storm that bent one of the many trees here and landing it on the phone pole down the street. She would E-mail him, but dad was still trying to hook up the computer. She felt isolated, stuck and small.
So she was now on a mission to find a payphone. All the way there she would control herself and keep the tears in her eyes. She would attempt to speak to no one. That would surely trigger the water building up in her eyes.
She stopped to kick a rock that landed twenty-feet in front of her. She was mad now. Can't I kick the rock any further? She walked up to the pitiful rock and kicked it even far ahead. She let out a yell of frustration. She stubbed her toe and now it was in pain. She fought the tears that now threatened to let loose. She picked up the rock and threw it as far as she could.
She kept walking down the driveway. It was a very long one, maybe half a mile. she could of taken the car, but she needed to walk. It somehow made her feel better. She started to feel her eyes grow warm and began to run. She ran as fast as she could. Each step she took was on her toes. She ran down the path until at last she saw the trees break and there was a clearing...
She panted, still fighting her sadness. If I can just get to a payphone.... She ran down the road and there, there on the sidewalk was a payphone. She ran faster and faster until she tripped on a hole in the cement.
'UHG!' She exclaimed. She looked at her palms.
'Oh, no!' Blood. She hated blood. The sight made her want to throw up or even faint. She looked away, not wanted to embarrass herself.
At last tears spilled down her cheek and on the bloody cement. She felt weak...
'Are you alright?' a voice said. A shadow appeared over her and she looked up and saw a boy's face; sweet and appearing to really want to help. She looked at his hand. He was reaching for her elbow...
I also can see...
