Keeli did hear his heart, going a rythym that made her want to dance. It was so peaceful, and his arms wrapped around her made her feel so complete, so loved and so cared for. She hugged him tighter, smiling. She knew that he couldn't see it, but she wondered if he could feel it. The happiness that made her feel like she was glowing, the excited feeling that she was really loved by anyone but her family. She leaned back to see him look at her, and speak words she found were true. Forever. That word meant so much to her. She smiled, and then shook her head. "No. No, much, much longer."
Having him there, feeling like she couldn't let go, like he was a part of her, she felt again so complete. Like she hadn't ever known that she was a puzzle peice that wasn't connected to make her finished. But now she did, and it was easy to see that it was Liam. She wondered what it would feel like when he left, but she shook her head slightly. He wouldn't ever leave her for a long time, she knew it. She smiled as he started singing. To her, it sounded so much better since it had real feeling to it. She smiled bigger, and then started singing herself. In her high soprano voice, it melted and eased with the song. It probably wasn't perfect, but she didn't care. "It’s amazing how you can speak right to my heart. Without saying a word you can light up the dark...Try as I may I could never explain. What I hear when you don’t say a thing..." She smiled, and ran her hand along his cheek. She was staring deep in his eyes, and she knew that she really didn't have to say anything for him to know what she meant.
She went willingly down with him to lie on the soft grass and stare at the stars. They were so bright, so happy and joyful. It was hard to think of starts happy, but just the way they twinkled...they looked happy to her. She smiled, "Me either." and she snuggled up close to him, resting her head on his broad shoulder. She looked at him, "Are you cold?" She didn't want him to be cold while she was there wearing his shirt. She made her entire side that was next to his press against his own, trying to get as close as she could to make him more warm. She didn't want him to be cold like she had. But in a way, she did. It was sort of selfish, she guessed, but all she really wanted was to be curled up next to him and they could keep each other warm. She sighed, it was practically perfect right now. She could probably fall asleep she was so calm and happy. She could stay up forever, too. She never wanted to wake up from his lovely dream. It was so perfect, so right.

Yeah,{/b] He whispered, Forever is an awfully long time, but not nearly long enough. Liam smiled as Keeli. It was funny, how easily she could make him smile. He loved the way that he could hear the beating of her heart. He sang the next part for her. All day long I can hear people talking out loud But when you hold me near, you drown out the crowd Try as they may, they could never define What's being said between your heart and mine Liam smiled at her concern for him. He cuddled her closer. I'm not cold at all. He said softly. It was the truth. He felt warmer than usual, warm enough for both of them. Liam traced a finger up her cheek. He tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear. How was it, that he could suddenly rely on one person to make him happy? And how could a person make him so happy? He didn't know. The only thing that he knew was that he would be lost without Keeli. He loved the way her head rested on his shoulder. He rested his head on her's, looking up at the stars. He closed his eyes. He could fall asleep with her in his arms, he felt so at peace. He couldn't think of a single think to say to explain it. In the Greek language, He whispered to her, There are seven different words for 'love'. But only one of them describes how I feel about you. He paused for a moment. Eros[/i] He whispered, as if the word were magic, It means that I can't live without you.

She smiled a bit, "No. It isn't." She sighed in complete content, so happy to be with someone she loved. She loved his smile. She wondered if he had ever smiled this much in one night. She hadn't herself, that's for sure. She giggled a bit in happiness as he sang the other verse of the song. She decided she wanted to know how it sounded when they were singing together. "The smile on your face lets me know that you need me There’s a truth in your eyes sayin’ you’ll never leave me The touch of your hand says you’ll catch me if ever I fall You say it best when you say nothing at all..." She knew one thing for sure, that was now her favorite song. Though either of the real versions were going to be so bad to her compared to her own love singing. It didn't really matter. She would always have him, they had both promised, and she knew that she could never could. He was a part of her, he couldn't be ripped or pryed away. They belonged to each other, had to have each other. They were each other, in a way. Keeli frowned a bit when he said he wasn't cold, but she didn't mind. It made her smile anyway to have him pull her closer. She smiled bigger as he traced his finger down her cheek, making it tingle in the line it made. He tucked her hair behind her ear, and she was happy to see him a little clearer. So beautiful, so magnificent. He was so amazing in so many different ways. She smiled again as he rested his head on her own, and she wasn't at all cold anymore. The stars were happy even more, twinkling harder than ever. She smiled again as he told her of the Greek word. She put her palm on his cheek and stroked it with her thumb. "Oh, my Eros, you never will have to. I promise that, too."

Liam was overjoyed. He had never had someone who cared for him so much, someone to care for so much. He found it funny, how on a single moonlit trail ride his life could change. Another song came into his head. He smiled, thinking of the lyrics. I'd give up forever to touch you, and I know that you feel me somehow. You're the closest to heaven that I've ever been, and I don't want to go home right now. And all I can see is this moment. And all I can breathe is your life. But sooner or later it's over, I just don't want to miss you tonight. He sighed happily, just being with Keeli. Keeli, you're more than just my eros. You're my world. Life won't ever be the same if I can't have you. It was the truth. He thought back to what Keeli had said, about not being able to find meaning in her life. Just hours ago, Liam hadn't been able to see the meaning in his own life. And in a single instant, how had that all changed? A thought popped into his head. Keeli is my reason to live. He looked up at the stars. There was something strange about how bright they were. They looked like they were twinkling just for Keeli and Liam. The stars, He whispered to her, They look like they're happy. Liam could smell the sweetness of Keeli's soft hair. He could feel every goosebump on her arms. I wish that we could stay here. Just like this, forever.

Keeli listened to his next song, smiling again. His voice went so perfect with every word he spoke...it was so amazing. She didn't want to hear anyone elses' voice now. It just wouldn't sound right without the huskiness, or the accent...She cuddled even closer, if that was possible. She smiled a really big smile at his words about herself being his world. "Le-Le, I love you more than the world itself, so you cancel it completely out. It doesn't matter anymore. She thought of her own lyrics, and she stifled a giggle at her own favorite musical as a child. "And life is the road And I wanna keep going Love is a river and I wanna keep flowing Life is a road now and forever a Wonderful journey. I'll be there when the world stops turning I'll be there when the storys through In the end I wanna be standin' At the beginning with you." She smiled, and closed her eyes a bit. It was so peaceful sitting here in the love of her lifes' arms. So warm, so complete, so happy. Her eyes flashed open when he said the stars looked like they were happy. "I was just thinking that! How they twinkle, shine so bright...they look like they are so happy about something they could just burst." she looked over at him from the corner of her eye, marveling at his perfection. She smiled again at his words. "Me, too." Then a thought came in her mind. She bit her lip. That wasn't good. She went up to standing, murmering, "I'll be right back." before she went over to Ava. The mare nickered, half asleep. Keeli kissed her nose before getting into the little back that was hitched to her. She pulled out the little watch. Keeli read it in astonishment. "Oh, my lord! It is three in the morning! My brother will be wondering where I am..." she said, looking over at Liam. She didn't want to go. But she knew that she needed to. She sighed, wondering what he would say.

Liam loved to hear her say that she loved him. He loved the pet name that she had for him. He loved to hear her sing. Liam watched her get up, walk to her horse. He admired the way that she walked gracefully across the grass. It's three in the morning, huh? He stood up and shook his head. He whistled to Dippy. The mare lifted her head lazily, as if to say, Are you ready yet?. She cantered a few long strides across the field, stopping and bumping Liam in the chest. He laughed and stroked the mare's nose. He looked at Keeli, standing with her horse. The starlight reflected on her perfect hair, making her look like an angel. Liam sighed, watching her. He walked over to the horse and girl. I'd better be going now... Liam said, kissing Keeli on the lips. It almost hurt when he mounted Dippy. I've got somewhere to go. I'll see you soon, my eros. He smiled at her, before nudging Dippy into a canter. He didn't want to go back to the barn with her. The horse trailer that he lived in was parked at the barn, he didn't want her to know that he lived there, at least not yet. He looked back at Keeli. It hurt to leave her behind. He wanted to go back, sweep her off her feet, and carry her away to some castle in the sky.
