Personality: Birdie was a prize winning cutting horse until one fateful competition when her rider fell from the saddle. It was no fault of Birdie's but the rider broke his leg and blamed her. Birdie was such an "aim to please" horse she felt responsible. A young woman bought her to be a pleasure riding horse but Birdie was so afraid of dissappointing her owner she cowered in the corner of her stall. She has been sent to jake so he can figure her out.
Description: Birdie has a pedigree to die for her linage include Doc Bar on her quarter horse side and Seattle Slew on her throughbred side. She is built like a slim quarter horse and is quite short. Her mane and tail are thick and long and her coat is a shiny golden color. Birdie has a star and a stripe that gets wide at the muzzle. She has three short socks and one tall stocking.
