Horse's name:Shadow of a Doubt
Horse's nick-name (If any): Doubt
Breed: thoroughbred
Gender: stallion
Color: dapple gray
Age: 6
Height: 15.3 hh
Personality:His soft features and sweet nature make him come across as a gentle children's horse rather than a speed racer. The trainer and handlers can't remember the last time he caused a disruption in the stables. But on the track, the horse is a totally different animal. The moment his hooves touch the soft earth of the track he becomes almost demon possessed, uncontrollable, and bitter. He has everything that was characteristic if a champion racehorse, he just can't seem to focus on racing when he's on the track.
He's getting better along those lines, but there's still only one person who can race him without getting into some sort of trouble. Unfortunately, that someone hasn't ridden him in a year and a lot of the progress has been turned around. Not many jockeys are willing to risk riding him anymore, and the trainers are very nearly at their wits end with him.
Description: Doubt is a rather small horse in comparison to the other thoroughbreds he runs against. He doesn't have the best conformation either. If anyone looked at him they would probably think he was more like 15 than six. Looks can be deceiving though. He's a rather light gray color, but when he works up a sweat it turns his pelt a steel gray and almost covers up his dapples.
He has three white stockings and the other leg is solid gray, almost black. His mane and tail are both a nice dark gray color and are kept comparatively longer than most thoroughbreds manes and tails are kept. Although it could be an illusion considering he was quite a bit shorter than most thoroughbreds.
Discipline: flat racing
