Everybody in England has heard of China, a rich heiress to her daddy's rich hotel line. She is glamourous and knows just how to get the papparazzi worked up. She has always been the apple of her father's eye. Rich, spoiled, she has always gotten her own way, China and her group of other rich spoiled girls basically ruled all of London. They got everything they wanted, whenever they wanted, they were living every girls dream. But China's whole life was about to change.

Harley has lived in a small town her whole life, she's used to it, it's normal for her. In her small high school she was pretty and popular, let's face it, she loved it, she was good at it. The drama here was small and Harley could get by with being sweet and innocent and utterly sincere. She lived her life with her single mother and wrote songs and her heart was full and content. That was untill her Mother married a rich hotel chain owner, and she got a new "daddy" and the living devil as a step sister.
