Zachary looked up to the sky and knew that it was gonna rain soon. He hated rainy days but he would just have to make the best of it. He was on his way to the stables to take a look at the horses. He hadn't gotten a horse of his own yet so he wanted to get close to the horses and try to get used to them. Horses were something completely new to him. If he was gonna have a horse of his own soon than he would have to get used to them. That was what he aimed on doing here.
He needed to focus on horses more cause that's what he had came to Pinewood to do. He had been focusing on the wrong things since coming here. When he had come here all he wanted to do was get some inspiration for some new songs but the place had grown on him and he wasn't sure if he wanted to leave. He was starting to love horses more and more. He could still keep his band active but this was a great hobby. It was a lot of fun.
Of course he was still gonna focus on his girlfriend Charlie as well but she was really into the horses here and he needed to do the same thing. As he walked into the stables he didn't exactly know which horse to look at so he just picked a random one. It was a handsome bay racing stallion. He started stroking its ear. "Hey big guy, aren't you just too handsome?" He laughed at himself thinking that that was just a little weird. But he would probably be one of those owners that would talk to their horse all the time. He couldn't help it, horses just fascinated him.
He had always been the one in the family that had ridiculed his sister because of her love for horses. He had thought it ridiculous that someone could be that interested in what he had thought was a dumb brute. He had come around big time. Now here he was at Pinewood stable hoping that he would be able to own his own horse soon. He was now a sucker for horses. He had learned to love horses. His whole life had been changed since he got here. For one he had met his girlfriend here and she was the first girlfriend he had ever had. And two, he had picked up an interest in horses and was gonna get his own hopefully soon.
He was probably the happiest he had ever been in his life here at Pinewood. That was saying a lot since he was always happy no matter where he was in life. He was also more confident in himself than ever before. As these thoughts went through his mind he realized that this horse was probably getting tired of him but he didn't move on just yet. He looked down the row of stalls and none of the other horses in those stalls drew him quite like this one did. He didn't know why but this horse seemed like it took to him really well. He was probably just thinking crazy thoughts but whatever. How did he know whether or not the horse took to him? He didn't. But he was gonna imagine that it did......

Alessandra stepped out of the house and looked up at the sky. She smirked and turned and stepped back inside grabbing a jacket. She walked back out and stepped over to the car. She sighed heavily as she sat down. It was pathetic how just walking from the door to the car wore her out. She was really disliking being pregnant. Not only did it rage her hormones and make he cry for no flippin reason making her all emotional. It also made her exhausted. And Angry. She hated feeling fat sure she knew she was just pregnant and she was supposed to be big. But i mean after being a model you kind of like being thin and skinny. And then getting pregnant. Well it wasn't exactly glamorous. She shoved the key into the ignition. To the barn.
After the rather short drive. She pulled into the drive of the stables. She grabbed her wallet and keys and stepped out locking the car behind her. She looked up just to feel sprinkles touching her face. She smiled. She loved the rain. It made everything clean again. She needed a good rain on her life. But that was far off. Right now she just needed to be preparing to be a mom. She walked into the barn and looked down the aisle to Cadricane's stall. But there was someone standing there petting him. She smiled he was a gorgeous horse. It was hard not to admire him. And she wasn't just saying that because she was his owner. She knew it for a fact. He was stunning and very sweet. Unlike the very unruly stallion on the other end. Alex's horse was the devil in physical form. He was evil and hated pretty much everyone except Alex.
But Cadricane wasn't like that at all. She stepped close and smiled. "He's gorgeous isn't he?" She smiled and looked at Cadricane. He turned and reached out his muzzled toward her. She rubbed her hand up and down his face. "Hello My big boy." Like almost every horse owner she talked to him a lot. Infact she talked to him about the whole pregnant situation before she told anyone else. He was one heck of a good listener. She got a lot of things cleared in her head talking to him in his stall. It helped to make sense of things by letting them hit open air. And that way she knew she was getting the words out right. She talked to her horse about everything. But even though he was great at listening he wans't all that good at giving advise.
Now her first idea was to work on dressage today. But suddenly she wasn't feeling like hoisting herself up onto his giant self. it just took to much out of her now. And with the babies expected to come pretty much anytime now. She didn't want to risk putting herself into labor. Although she was absolutelly ready to have them out now she wanted them to come when they were ready not bcause they were forced to come because their nutcase mom decided to ride in the rain. No she wasn't stupid... Well considering the position she was in... yes she was stupid but she wasn't that stupid to ride when she was almost ready to pop holding twins. So grooming and relaxing it was. Maybe a walk to the pastures or something.
It was funny how far she'd come from the lost little girl whose mother left her to the lost woman who didn't know where to go or what to do next. When he mother left she blammed her father. But she quickly got over her hatred. and moved on. She never spoke or heard from her mother since then and had no clue what had come of her. She often wondered if her mother would be there for her if she found out the position she was in now. But usually when that thought crossed her mind she started to cry so she pushed it away. It had only been a couple of days since the scene at the hospital. She knew she couldn't leave now. But could she really stay? I mean being this close to Sebastian and Chey? could she really do that. She didn't think so. But she would sure try. Just for Tyler. She needed him... And he needed her. With out one another they would fall apart at the seams.
So she was staying. And she would do her best to avoid Chey and Sebastian. And her and Tyler would be parents. She had a hard time seeing herself as a parent she only pictured herself as that young girl who ran around getting herself into trouble with Alex. And then the proffessional model but never a mother. Never in her wildest dreams did she ever see herself as a mom. But here she was. Carrying twins. Of which she was now expected to raise. How could she and Tyler raise kids... They were still kids themselves. And then sooner or later she would have to tell her father... Which wouldn't go over very well considering she wasn't married yet and he always expected her to be different then him and her mother. And that she was a proper young lady. Well there went that idea.

Zachary was loving how quiet it was in the stables. It was very unusual for him to want to be in a quiet spot by himself but sometimes it was good to just get away and..get in touch with yourself. At least that as how he was looking at it. He was always the one who liked to be in a large gathering of people and talk to other people in that group. But not right now. Maybe it was the rainy weather that had sobered him today. That was probably it. But rainy days had never sobered him like this before.
Oh well he thought, he would just take his emotions as they came..the way he had always done it. He took a whiff of the air and then took a big exhale. He felt relaxed right now. But he was always relaxed in his opinion. He wasn't always a whirlwind of energy he guessed. This was proof of it. Just as these thoughts were running through his mind he was startled by the voice of a young woman from behind him. "Oh, yes he is" he replied quickly regaining his composure and turning around to her after she commented on how gorgeous the horse was. He was taken aback seeing that she was obviously pregnant.
From the looks of it she was expecting anytime now. He questioned in his mind why she was even here and not resting wherever she lived. But who was he to question someone else's motives? He smiled when she said hello to her ''big boy''. "Your horse I assume?" he asked. He was always trying to make new friends and this occasion was no different. He guessed his alone time and that weird mood was over and gone. But oh well, it was strange for him anyway. He was back to being the lovable Zach that was always trying to befriend you. That was just his nature. He loved making friends, especially if that friend seemed like a lonely person.
Of course he couldn't tell if she was a lonely person or not right now but it was still a joy to make a friend. He was crazy in that way, one of his most loved hobbies was the one of making friends. "I'm Zachary if you wanted to know" he said as she was messing with her horse. He felt that a friendship was on the verge of being made if he introduced himself and then the other person introduced themselves as well and started carrying on a conversation. He already knew what he was gonna bring up for a conversation. It would be about her horse. He took pride in his organization in that way. He was a skilled conversationalist because he planned before hand what he was gonna talk about.
Suddenly a random thought entered his head. He thought about how his mom always talked about a daughter she had had from a past relationship. He had always been interested to know that he had an older sister. He knew that she, whoever she was was actually a half sister but in his mind even a half sister is a whole sister. He didn't know why that thought came to him, sometimes he would think about that but he knew that there was no chance in him ever meeting his older sister. He shook that thought away as he came back to the present and waited for the pregnant woman's response to his introduction....

Alessandra smiled when he spoke. It was true and she knew it. Her horse was simply stunning. He took her breath away all the time. Course lately it became very hard for her to sneak out and see him. Alex always had her resting and never let her come out to the barn anymore. But Alex was gone... no doubt on a date with Anthony. Or someone with Anthony. So she snuck out and came to the barn... in the peaceful rain. Things were getting so much better.... Well sort of. She was still pregnant with twins whom which had different fathers. And She had still wrecked chey and sebs happy ending. But her and Tyler were on good terms now. And She was pretty sure he had stolen her heart. Plus her and Alex were working on the babies room the extra room upstairs. And planning routines and such for how Alex would help with the babies. And such. Everything seemed like it was actually going to be ok.
She stroked Cadricane's face. He was her first and foremost baby. Her first born. Course he wasn't the same as a human child. But he was still the one who would always be her first baby. She loved him so much. She kissed his nose and then turned her attention back to the gentleman whom had been admiring him. She glanced out the barn noticing it had begain pooring. And she hated driving in the rain... It held no signs of letting up anytime soon. So it would seem she was stuck there for the day. Not that she minded she needed to get out of the huge house. It was far to spacious for her tastes. But Alex had no taste for she was never home except at night for about 3 or 4 hours to sit at her desk. Alessandra swore the only things of use in that house was the computer and desk and the couch.
There was never any food in the house. Never was the kitchen used to make a meal. Never once had the tv been turned on. And she was pretty sure Alex's bed had never been un made. Pathetic. All Ale had to say was that things were sure going to change now that she lived there. She loved to cook. And she knew Alex did too. But unfortunatly for Alex she had no free time to cook any meals for herself. Which explained why she was so stinken skinny. All she ever ate was carrot sticks and apples... with an occasional pear in the mix. She worried about her always working and never taking the time to relax. But that was Alex for you. All work and no play. She was pretty much married to her work. Keke always wondered what would happen to Alex when she found a guy she wanted to be with for the rest of her life. And how she would manage work and having a boyfriend... Leave it to Alex to find a guy just as into her job as she was.
He introduced himself and she came out of her strange thought pattern. "Nice to meet you Zachary. I'm Alessandra." She smiled her sweet smile... Which had only recently come back to her features. It had disapeared for a while when the news of being a mom came to her. But now that she was ok with things. She felt young again. Minus the huge belly. But she was now excited to have the babies born. Life was going to be so much more different. She wished she had her mom around to give her advise. Her step mom was the closest thing she had and her and her dad still didn't even know about the babies. So she couldn't count on them. She always wondered what it would have been like if her mother would have contacted her. And if she would be here supporting her now if she knew? But those thoughts were useless. There was no way she could ever know. Her mother had left her. And was now no where to be found.
Now meeting this Zach person was nice. She always needed to meet knew people considering the ones she knew.. well were limited. When she met someone at pinewood for the first time he turned out to be the father of one of her children. And then She already knew Sebastian. But then she met Anthony her best friends boyfriend. Which she didn't meet at the stables but oh well. And they Chey... some first impression she made on her. Yeah i'm the mother to your fiance's baby. That sounded really good didn't it. That was the story of Alessandra's life... It was extremely twisted.

Zachary looked outside and sighed. It was pouring. He hated rainy days. He supposed that he could just be crazy like Charlie and have fun running out in the rain. He smiled to himself, maybe not. He turned back to his new acquaintance and thought to himself that she could turn out to be a good friend. Of course any friend he made was a good friend. He just loved meeting new people and making new friends. Any chance he got to make a new friend he took.
He remembered when he was a kid and he was home schooled he didn't have many friends cause he wasn't out enough. He decided that once he got into college he would make up for his few friends made during childhood. He had always been really outgoing but could never use that trait until college. He had always been proud of that trait. It seemed that everybody loved people like that. The kind of people that didn't care what everyone else thought about them. Actually though, there were many times when he cared what other people thought, he just didn't show it.
But most of the time, he was just as everybody else assumed...someone who didn't care what they thought about him. He liked to consider himself as the life of the party. The party couldn't be lively unless he was there. He was the type of person to liven someone's day from the moment he showed up. So that was why when he came across someone who seemed depressed and lonely he came and did his best to liven them up a bit.
He usually succeeded too. But there were some people who he couldn't get out of the dumps. Like that one kid from college who committed suicide...but he wasn't even gonna think about that. It was one of the only things that could make him cry. That kid, Brad, had become on of his best friends before..that day. He threw those thoughts out of his head and turned his focus back on the present. She introduced herself as Alessandra. "Likewise" he replied to her saying that it was nice to meet him. It suddenly stuck him that that was the same name as his mysterious older sister that his mom had told him a lot about..the same older sister he had just been thinking about moments ago.
For now though he didn't think much of it. From the look on her face it looked as if she had something on her mind. So of course he had to ask her "You got something on your mind?" Just as it came out of his mouth he felt stupid. Of course she would have her upcoming motherhood on her mind. But he wasn't the type to get embarrassed by something he said so he would just take it running. But he actually decided to change the subject.
The irony of her name being the same as his older sister that he had never met had to be brought up. So he did bring it up. "Your name is Alessandra? Huh, when I was a kid my mom told me that I had an older sister from a previous relationship who's name was Alessandra." He found that pretty ironic. He didn't know why. He was always amused by the simplest of things. The slightest irony was enough to fascinate him. He didn't know but maybe it would fascinate her as well......

Was it true that there were people out there that could read you mind? I mean could they really see right through you. Alessandra thought so. She saw right through Alex when she lied about being ok when she moved. Or about when her dad said that her mom would be back. And she Saw right through Tyler when he tried to be that tough inmate that he really wasn't. But never once had she met someon who saw right through her. Never once did someone notice when she was broken inside. Maybe she was just too good at covering it up then she thought. Maybe she had mastered that skill. or maybe no one took the time to look. But she liked to believe it was the first part. She didn't want to be read. Because if someone ever did read her. They would find a lot out. Everything she did her best to burry would be seen. She didn't want that.
This guy Zachary seemed like a nice guy. Maybe she could make a friend out of him yet. Maybe just maybe she could have someone to talk to. Well other then Alex and Tyler. Sometimes it was nice to meet someone new so you could get a fresh start. Become clean again. Washed white as snow. They didn't see your faults they saw who you wanted to be. And right now she wanted to be her old friendly happy self. And So far she thought she was doing a good job. She thought she could pull it off. heck who knew maybe she would. Be somone totally different forget the past forget that she was in a situation she never could imagine dealing with. But here she was happy and she was making it through. She was actually begining to believe she would make it.
He asked if something was on her mind. Ha yeah a lot of things were on her mind. Her mom. Being pregnant. Becoming a mom herself. Living with Alex and the expected twins. Being with Tyler. Dealing with Chey and Sebastian. Rasing twins. dealing with the parent situation. The pain of giving birth. All those thoughts were jubbled together in her head as if in a whirlpool swarming around her head. It made her sick thinking about it. Oh and as if that wasn't enough how was she going to ride take care of the kids and work? Well she already knew the work part. She was going to have to take a while off. And live off of Alex which alex already told her to do.
But to her great appreciation he changed the subject. She smiled and thingyed her head to the side. "Is that so? Thats cool. I never knew my mother. She left me when i was little." She didn't know much about her mother well she had known her up till her teens ish. but truely she didn't know much. But she knew from what her dad said she had her mothers smile exactly. And she had that same twinkle in her eye. But she didn't remember much about her mom. She was a workaholic but she knew she loved riding just as much as Keke did. And she knew that they had similar looks and she was very supportive her her modeling. But that was all in the past. Something that she could never bring back.

Zachary was thinking ahead again. He knew that he would have to deal with the band stuff real soon. That was always enjoyable but right now at least he really didn't feel like it. There was so much to do. He had to see if all his band members were up to a practice session. They had to get together once in a while to stay in practice. And then he had to check with his hired man keeping up with CD sales to see if they had sold enough that month to make the payments. And then on top of that he still had to get to writing more songs for the next CD.
He knew that he had milked his first CD way to long. It was time for another one. But right now he just wanted to focus on his new found hobby. That was horses here at Pinewood. And speaking of horses here he still had to get with the stable manager to see about getting himself a horse. But that stuff was all stuff he didn't have to do until later. And with him later sometimes meant a couple minutes or even a couple of months at times. He had to keep reminding himself inside to stop thinking about later and think about the now. So he did, he turned his attention back to Alessandra. She still seemed to have a lot on her mind.
And from the looks of it, it was more than just her upcoming motherhood. But maybe he was wrong. He wasn't a mind reader. He didn't know if she had a ton on her mind or nothing on her mind. He assumed things way to often. It was something he couldn't help though. Like his love for making new friends, assuming things was just in his nature. Sometimes it worked against him but at other times it worked to his advantage. It was musical chairs. He found himself snapping back into reality when she replied to his last comment about how her name was the same as his older sister he never knew. "Yea that's pretty ironic." He laughed as he added "Even the smallest bit of irony amuses me."
It was true. It didn't matter, if you had the same name as his mothers aunts sisters granddaughter he would be amused. That was just his wacky self. But that's also what made him so easy to befriend. People loved how wacky and funny he was. He used it to make a lot of his friends. But unlike some people he knew he didn't put on a front to make friends, he was just himself. He was proud of that fact. He was able to be himself at all times. He was very secure with himself. That was how he had snagged as good as a girlfriend as Charlie. He smiled to himself secretly as he thought about how he couldn't stop thinking about her.
If he didn't think about her she would always return to his mind shortly after. And she was always at least at the back of his mind. He really wanted to become friends with this Alessandra so he had to force himself to push Charlie to the back of his mind and focus on befriending Alessandra. He hoped that she wanted to be friends with him also. He was just guessing but she looked like someone who needed a good close friend. Again he was just assuming but usually when he went with his gut feeling he was dead on.....
